1 cup dry oats
⅓ cup coconut flakes (un-sweetened)
½ cup of nut butter of choice
½ cup ground flaxseed
⅓ cup of honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup of chocolate chips
- Mix all ingredients together and let set in fridge for ½ an hour.
- Roll into small balls about 1 inch in size on parchment paper
- Store in air tight container in fridge.
