No Bake Oat Energy Bites

1 cup dry oats

⅓ cup coconut flakes (un-sweetened)

½ cup of nut butter of choice 

½ cup ground flaxseed

⅓ cup of honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ cup of chocolate chips 


  • Mix all ingredients together and let set in fridge for ½ an hour.
  • Roll into small balls about 1 inch in size on parchment paper
  • Store in air tight container in fridge.
  • Enjoy!
