In Episode 67 I get a chance to sit down and talk to Dr. Bill Campbell who is an Associate Professor of Exercise Science and the Director of the Performance & Physique Enhancement Laboratory at the University of South Florida. We dive deep into his research he has been doing at USF, a lot of great nutrition talk with the science to back it up along with his personal opinion on a few things as well. We take into consideration not only what the science says but the psychology of the person as well. The conclusion is to find a diet you can stick to, enjoy, and perform well on.
