We go into a lot of really interesting subjects, like proper breathing mechanics to help improve red blood cell and aerobic base, we talk about genetic testing, muscle fiber, and post-workout nutrition and a lot more. I am a huge fan of what Dr. Galpin is doing in our industry and pushing the envelope for strength athletics.
