Tony studied Exercise Science at Florida Atlantic University and has been a coach for a little over a decade now. Working with pro athletes, all time world record holders in powerlifting, nfl combine prep, and your general population just looking to get stronger and healthier.
Kaylie has been training for six years. Kaylie became a trainer because she wanted to help other live a happy and healthy life. She wanted to show people that taking care of yourself is not torture; it is actually fun and very rewarding.
